What we’re about

Let's celebrate being in our bodies and gathering with friends! Learn how to move freely and functionally in a playful atmosphere. Show up at whatever time you want and as you are. Sometimes the medicine is laying on a blanket, being with the trees, the breeze, familiar faces, and your bare feet.
Bring the whole family. Let other people hang out with your kids! There's also a playground alongside the field we often meet in, as well as a tiny beach to explore.

Every week looks a little different depending on who shows up, what fun things they bring, and what people are inspired to do. There's fluid leadership. So if there's something you're excited to share, do it! Give your gifts or invite others to share what they've been learning.
